A Hands-On Learning Experience
An interactive theatre showcasing tomato’s friends on their regenerative agriculture farm.
People are invited to rebuild tomato’s neighborhood, which was torn apart by monocropping, by bringing its friends close again.
To bring this to life, we created an interactive exhibit where families arrange plants on a model farm board. Each plant has its own RFID tag that triggers a unique response, revealing its role in the ecosystem when placed on the board. For example, basil “speaks” about its ability to repel pests, while tomato describes how it provides shade. The interactions are simple, playful, and designed to help both children and adults learn about biodiversity through firsthand engagement with the plants’ personalities and stories.
Unilever’s Brief
Unilever commissioned this project to raise awareness of regenerative agriculture by helping the public appreciate its benefits.
Our goal was to create an engaging, family-friendly experience that could make these concepts relatable.
